SSMU General Assembly

The Students Society of McGill University (SSMU) is having their General Assembly this coming Wednesday, October 22nd at 4:30 pm at the SSMU Ballroom. AMUSE encourages you to attend, and endorses a Yes vote for the Motion Calling on SSMU to Stand in Solidarity with the People of the Occupied Palestinian Territories. This motion aligns with AMUSE’s position of solidarity with the people of Gaza, endorsed in July 2014, the text of which can be found here.

More information about the motion can be found on their Facebook Event, and the full text of the motion can be read here.

AMUSE also hosts a Labour for Palestine Reading Group. If you are interested in getting involved, the next meeting takes place this coming Wednesday, October 22nd at 2:00 pm at the AMUSE Office. For more information on the Reading Group, please contact Sheehan at [email protected]
